Radio Free Acton, the official podcast of the Acton Institute, has gone through a lot of change in the past year. Now featuring more segments, varied guests and an expanded presence on over twelve podcast apps, Radio Free Acton is easier to listen to than ever before. So how can you make sure you never miss another episode?

For many people, especially younger listeners, accessing a podcast may seem obvious. But did you know that 48 percent of people still don’t know how to regularly tune in?

Most people listen to podcasts on their smartphones, but you can also access Radio Free Acton on your desktop or laptop. The most common way to do this is by subscribing to Radio Free Acton on iTunes after downloading the application onto your computer. If you use an Apple computer, iTunes comes pre-installed. Or, if you’re a Spotify fan like I am, you can ‘follow’ our podcast on Spotify, after downloading it onto your computer. There are many other sites and applications that you can access on your computer to listen to Radio Free Acton, but in my opinion, iTunes and Spotify are the easiest (and the most ubiquitous). Additionally, you can listen to Radio Free Acton on YouTube. After subscribing to the Acton Institute’s YouTube channel, you’ll be notified when Radio Free Acton publishes a new episode each Wednesday.

When it comes to listening to Radio Free Acton on your mobile device, there are a host of apps you can use. If you own an Android, simply download a podcast app, search for the podcast you’re looking for and subscribe. The best podcast apps available for download on Androids are Google Podcasts, Stitcher, TuneIn, Podcast Addict and Spotify.

Or, if you own an iPhone, you already have everything you need! Every iPhone comes with a pre-installed podcast app called Podcasts. Simply open up the app, search for Radio Free Acton and hit subscribe.

As Radio Free Acton continues to grow, we want to prioritize our listeners. Let us know what you like and what you would like to hear more of, by emailing us at RFA@acton.org, or leaving us a message at 888-705-4180. If you like what you hear on Radio Free Acton, don’t forget to give us a rating in iTunes!
