Note also that this article states that the cleaning of the earth’s skies coincided with “the collapse of communist economies and the consequent decrease in industrial pollutants.”

Clear Skies End Global Dimming
So let me get this straight, pollution is a good thing when comes from Communist countries because it prevents global warming but it is a bad thing when it comes from America because then it causes global warming. Ok I get it now.
